The terms and conditions of the holiday letting are agreed to by both parties as follows. Any departure from these permits the Owner to refuse the key, amend the charge or immediately terminate the occupancy.
- The premises are let to you for holiday purposes only, for the period stated above.
- A reservation fee of 50% is due within seven days of making your booking, balance due 14 days before arrival (28 days in the case of summer holiday bookings).
- Payments are accepted by cash, cheque, internet transfer (preferred) or deposit at any branch of Credit Union Australia.
- If you withdraw your booking, a refund will be made of all monies paid, less a $20 cancellation fee, only if the property is rebooked for the full period at full tariff.
- All advance bookings are accepted in good faith that the apartment will be available for holiday letting by the current owner when the booking is realised. We accept no responsibility should the apartment be withdrawn from holiday letting or sold, and a full refund will be given.
- Linen and toiletries are not necessarily provided. No pets allowed.
- The number of occupants must not exceed the number of beds provided.
- All damages, breakages and loses must be reported to the owner and paid for immediately.
- We will describe the property and position to the best of our ability and in good faith: no responsibility or refunds for alleged misdescription can be accepted.
- You must leave the premises clean and tidy. Please take special care to clean the refrigerator, and leave it running. Kitchen and bathroom benches and floors must be clean. All washing up must be done and put away and all rubbish placed in the external dustbins.
